Board of Advisors

Frank Ferraro - has spent the last sixteen years in the financial field. Since April of 1996 Mr. Ferraro has been licensed with Citadel Securities as a registered representative, and ran a registered broker-dealer. Mr. Ferraro helped develop and manage an electronic internet based proprietary trading system as well as a manager of a trading desk. Mr. Ferraro graduated from Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1986.

John S. Arnone brings more that 25 years of hands on experience in finance and business development. Since co-founding the Company in October, 2006 Mr. Arnone has served as  Managing Director of Vista Investment Management, Inc.. From 1982 to 2000, Mr. Arnone worked as a principal in various capacities in the securities industry on Wall Street, he held positions on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, and was the founder of two NASD Broker/Dealers, where he held management positions including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Corporate Finance. Since 1996, he has been the owner and principal of J.S Arnone & Company, a private investment and merchant banking company that provides business solutions and financial advisory services to public and private companies; he specializes in advising as to corporate development, capital structure, private financing, and M&A related activities.
